Please arrive with clean eyes—remove all eye makeup beforehand. Any leftover makeup can prevent your extensions from adhering properly.
 

Avoid caffeine.
Caffeine can make your eyelids flutter, which isn’t ideal during your lash application. Instead, enjoy a relaxing lash nap!
 

Dress comfortably.
Wear your coziest clothes and get ready to lie back and unwind.
 

Have a lash style in mind.
Feel free to browse styles beforehand and bring an inspiration photo to help us create your perfect look.
 

Use the washroom before your appointment.
There won’t be any breaks during the service, so try to avoid drinking too many liquids beforehand.

Cleanse daily with lash shampoo.
Yes, washing your lashes every day is essential! Clean lashes last longer and help prevent irritation. Dirt, oil, and makeup buildup can cause poor retention, eye infections, and even lash mites.
 

Brush your lashes daily.
After washing, dry your lashes with a fan or a hairdryer on a cool setting before gently brushing them to keep your lashes neat and fluffy.
 

Avoid unnecessary contact.
No rubbing, picking, or pulling your lashes. Try to avoid sleeping on your stomach or face—your lashes are delicate and need gentle care.
 

No oil-based products.
Oil breaks down the adhesive that bonds the extensions to your natural lashes, so avoid oil-based makeup removers and skincare.
 

Avoid lash curlers, mascara, and waterproof makeup.
Lash curlers can break the adhesive bond and pull out natural lashes. Mascara closes up your fluffy lash fans, and waterproof makeup is difficult to remove without damaging your extensions.
 

Keep lashes away from extreme heat.
Avoid steam from ovens, fire, curling irons, or other sources of heat that can melt or singe your lash tips.
 

Pre-book your fills.
Maintain full and beautiful lashes by scheduling fills every 2–3 weeks.
