lash precare + aftercare

1. No eye makeup.

Eye make up must be removed before your lash appointment. Any residue may cause lashes to not stick properly!

2. Avoid caffeine.

Caffeine can give you a boost of energy and cause fluttery eyelids, which is not what we want at your lash appointment. Instead, why not enjoy a lash nap?

3. Dress comfy.

Put on your comfiest clothes and be ready to lay down and relax!

4. Have an idea of what lash style you want. 

Browse some lash styles and feel free to bring an inspo pic.

5. Use the washroom right before your appointment.

No washroom breaks during the service so try to avoid drinking too much liquids as well!

6. Be on time. 

If you are running late, please text 778-288-7886 to let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment. 

1. Cleanse daily with lash shampoo.

Yes, you can and should be washing your lashes every day! Clean lashes last longer and prevent irritation. Trapped dirt, oil, and makeup can lead to poor retention, eye infections, and even lash mites!

2. Brush daily.

Dry wet lashes with a fan or hairdryer on cool setting before brushing them. This keeps your lashes looking neat & fluffy.

3. Avoid unnecessary contact. 

No rubbing, picking, or pulling of the lashes. Avoid sleeping on your stomach/face. Your lashes are delicate!

4. No oil-based products.

Oil breaks down the adhesive that bonds the extension to your natural lashes.

5. Avoid lash curlers, mascara, waterproof makeup.

Lash curlers break the adhesive bond and can pull out your natural lashes. Mascara closes up your fluffy lash fans and waterproof makeup can be very difficult to remove without causing some of the extensions to fall off. 

6. Keep lashes away from extreme heat.

Things like steam from the oven, fire, curling iron, etc. can melt/singe the tip of your lashes.

7. Pre-book your fills.

Keep your lashes looking full & beautiful by making sure your fills are booked for every 2-3 weeks!
