Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted up to 12 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Last-minute cancellations (within 12 hours) will incur a $30 fee.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

Payment

We accept cash or e-transfer as payment methods.

Lash Fills

To qualify as a fill, you must have at least 40% of your extensions remaining.
If less, additional charges may apply or a new full set may be required.

Foreign Lash Fills

If you’re coming in with lash extensions done elsewhere, please let us know at the time of booking.
Foreign fills require more time and will include a $10 additional charge.

📌 Note: If your existing lashes are not applied properly, they will need to be removed before a new set can be applied. Removal and full set charges will apply.

Your Safety Is My Top Priority

As a solo artist working from a home studio, I take great care to maintain a clean and safe environment for every client. Here’s how I ensure your safety and comfort during each visit:

I’ve completed updated training in salon hygiene and infection control.
I wash my hands thoroughly before and after every appointment.
I use disinfectants on all tools that have come into contact with clients.
I regularly clean and disinfect all surfaces clients may come into contact with.
I wear fresh gloves for each appointment and change them as needed.
I wear a medical-grade mask throughout every appointment.

If you’re feeling unwell, please stay home—I’ll happily reschedule your appointment when you’re feeling better. I do the same to keep us both safe and healthy.
