policies

Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. A fee of $35 will be charged for last minute cancellations.

To cancel your appointment, please send us a message requesting to cancel and include the specific time/day of the appointment.

Late/No-shows

If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.

No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

Payment

Cash only.

Lash Fills

There must be at least 40% of lash extensions remaining for it to be considered a fill. Any less will result in additional charges or a full set.

Foreign Lash Fills

Please inform us at the time of booking if you need a foreign fill as we may need to allocate more time for your appointment.

All foreign fills will have an additional $10 charge on top of the fill price.

Note: If lashes from your previous set are not applied properly, we will need to remove them prior to doing a new set. Removal fees and new set charges will apply.
